Cancellation Policy:
At Berger and Hunds Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and fair treatment of our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
- No-Show Fee: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment and not being present at the scheduled time will result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.
- How to Cancel: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without applying any fees.
By booking our services, clients agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the efficiency and quality of our cleaning services.
